Momentum Arts Project release films on Cluny Square (in the parish of St Luke).  See ‘Recent Events’.  Day of Prayer Monday 22nd (Chair of S Peter) had over 100 people attending throughout the whole day.  Also £2,000 raised towards our new church notice board – thank you everyone for your hard work and very generous donations.  Social event  Sat 20th a huge success with great fun, joy, dance and laughter!

The picture above is of the Mass at Sacred Heart, Southend-on-Sea.  Father James McCluskey ssc  was present amongst other clergy and civil dignitaries along with Southend-on-Sea's Member of Parliament.  The Pontifical Mass  celebrated by The Rt. Revd. Thomas McMahon.    May the Lord continue to bless Father Tom . . .  a warm-hearted Catholic priest and a great shepherd of the people. May the  good and Godly people of Sacred Heart grow in the fellowship of the Lord.
